John and Tracy Eckert
Directors Dallas House of Prayer
John and Tracy Eckert are Directors of the House of Zerubbabel, Dallas House of Prayer. Tracy was radically encountered and saved by the voice of the Lord in 1999 and has since been operating in the prophetic, dreams, visions and heavenly encounters. John and Tracy have been serving young adults and the city of Dallas for 11 years. Tracy was an itinerant preacher traveling nationally when the Lord called her back to Dallas to build this work. Their hearts are to train this young adult prayer movement to be heaven on earth as an expression of Christ’s power in love. Through profound prophetic encounters and heavenly signs, the Lord called them to start this house of prayer in the Spirit of Zerubbabel and to function to bring heaven to earth and to see Dallas and our nation re-awakened to prayer, the love of Jesus and His perfect leadership (Zech 4). The House of Zerubbabel operates with the heart of the tabernacle of David, advancing towards the establishment of this 24/7 prayer and worship center with fasting and intercession. John and Tracy have served as Directors of StandUSA, a mobilization organization registering Christians to vote and become politically active. They have partnered with Bound4Life, The Call, IHOP One Thing Solemn Assemblies and Focus on the Family to register voters across America.
John has been in the automotive business for 25 years, serving as Chief Operating Officer in multiple dealer groups. Currently, John is a partner in Premier Vehicle Services, a finance and insurance company that allows him time to serve in ministry to the House of Zerubbabel. John and Tracy have seven children; four girls and 3 boys ranging from 30 to 11 years old.

Jared Morgan
Director of Worship
Jared Morgan is an anointed worship leader, musician, and song writer, and serves as Director of Worship for HOZ Worship teams. Although his father was an accomplished musician and guitars were always within his reach, it wasn’t until Jared encountered the Holy Spirit through worship that music began to unlock the passion within his heart, “God was no longer relegated to Bible stories I’d learned growing up He became personal and intimate. Jared’s heart is to lead others into the same raw, passionate, prophetic worship encounters that awakened his own heart, and to equip this new generation of worship leaders. He is committed to cultivating intimacy with God, walking in community with others, and seeking the Lord for the release of prophetic songs and sounds of heaven that set others free to encounter the love of the Father, the romance of the Son, and the communion of the Holy Spirit. Mai Trang
Director of Operations and Events
Mai Trang oversees operations, events, and mission outreaches. Born in a refugee camp and emigrating to the States as an infant, Mai was destined for freedom. Her mandate has always been clear: love God and love people. I have a passion to declare the destinies of people, to draw them into their fullness, and to deliver the message of the Kingdom through love, prophecy, power, and spiritual mentoring. The kingdom of heaven is at hand, and He comes with hope, salvation, healing, and life. Mai is called to equip and mobilize the end time army of radical lovesick worshippers to go beyond the walls and make Jesus Christ famous in the nations of the earth.

Jeremy Shuck
Director of Supernatural Ministry/Internships
Jeremy Shuck is the Director of Supernatural Ministry at HOZ. Jeremy attended Morningstar University in North Carolina. He learned from men like Steve Thompson, Rick Joyner, and Bob Jones and occasionally accompanied them on trips. It was during this time that Jeremy’s hunger and pursuit of “the greater works” began. Through a series of prophetic experiences, Jeremy felt called to move to Dallas after ministry school where he met his wife, Ashley, and served under Pastor Jack Deere. In 2009, Jeremy joined the leadership team at The Dallas House of Prayer where he teaches and leads worship. He places all emphasis on enjoying deep friendship with Jesus and each other. He trains people to operate in the prophetic, healing and miracles and has a heart for taking the supernatural to the streets.

Ashley Shuck
Director of Children’s Ministry
Ashley Shuck is the Children’s Director at HOZ: The Dallas House of Prayer. She is a graduate of SMU, YWAM, and a very large family! Ashley grew up acting, then moved on to writing and producing productions for Television and Film until she was promoted to being Judah’s mommy. She is a lover of all things loud, whimsical and fun! She has a passion to see kids and their families walking in their gifts and the gifts they never knew they could have; to infect them with a hunger for the greater works. Ashley is married to the “handsome and talented” Jeremy Shuck and together they have a son, Judah, and new daughter, Evelyn.

Matthew Esquivel
Director of University Ministries
Matthew surrendered his life to Jesus his junior year of high school and attended Southern Methodist University in 2008 as a music major. During his time at SMU, God stirred his heart to see his generation transformed by Jesus. After graduating in 2008, he immediately entered full-time campus ministry at his Alma Mater, where he was involved in campus evangelism, discipleship, and organizing prayer for his campus ministry. In the Spring of 2011, Matthew began working as a full-time intercessory missionary and the University Director of the Dallas House of Prayer. In addition to sitting at the feet of Jesus in worship and prayer, he works with campus ministry and student leaders across Texas to plant prayer furnaces on college campuses. His passion is to love, know, and pursue God and prepare the next generation for the return of Jesus.
